Job Description Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor. 

Key responsibilities include:
Supervise, plan, coordinate and support operational delivery of marine products and services throughout the region    Ensuring compliance with Business Management System (BMS) including all documented policies, procedures, process, for operational delivery in the region for product operational delivery and services.    Line management of yard team which includes establishing individual  
objectives and action plans through clear review.    Responsible for daily task planning (on and off site working), toolbox
