The Regional Operations Manager for our North Carolina division is a key role responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating activities to support the operational goals and objectives of Health System Services. This role oversees and optimizes regional operations to ensure the seamless delivery of durable medical equipment to clients and facilities. Regular evaluation of operational results and effective communication with upper management are crucial. The Regional Operations Manager also leads a team of medical delivery technicians and warehouse technicians, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
๐ About the Position
+ Direct, administer, and coordinate activities to support the operational goals and objectives of Health System Services.
+ Oversee and optimize regional operations to ensure the seamless delivery of durable medical equipment to clients and facilities.
+ Regularly evaluate overall operations and keep upper management informed of daily activities.
+ Lead and manage a team of medical delivery technicians and warehouse technicians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
+ Handle patient calls regarding equipment errors and provide timely resolutions.
+ Oversee open orders and confirmations to ensure accuracy, conducting follow-ups as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
+ Utilize routing software to enter orders and efficiently manage and monitor delivery routes.
+ Monitor on-call duties for medical delivery technicians to ensure prompt response to urgent deliveries and emergencies.
+ Implement and improve on-call schedules for optimal coverage.

๐ Qualifications for Success
+ Two-year college degree required.
+ Four-year college degree highly preferred.
+ Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment industry is highly desired.
+ Fleet management experience is preferred.
+ A background in customer service is preferred.

+ $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
