\nResponsibilities
The Regional Operations Development Manager is a critical role and supports the accelerated Standardization & Operation Excellence (Ops-Ex) agenda across APAC (in line with Strategy 2X30), with specific focus on key #ExecutionEdge pillars such as BASICS, OMSFC, Knowledge & Data Management, Certified, etc.

1) Enable and manage successful delivery of regional Ops-Ex OMS & Ops-Dev key priorities & programs
\n
2) Manage regional Ops-Ex & OMSFC training needs, regional knowledge and data management platforms
\n\nBe the Master Facilitator for Certified and Ops-Ex & OMS related trainings, in cooperation with HR team\nTrain and certify new facilitators, and coach existing facilitators to develop their facilitation skills and content knowledge to ensure successful delivery and effectiveness of Certified trainings\nConduct regular training needs analysis, visualize the skills gaps and support OMS First Choice & Certified operations trainings delivery\nOwn and manage regional knowledge base and support global/corporate audits by providing documented processes and collaterals as needed\nWork closely with regional and global Ops-Ex teams to gather feedback and simplify & improve manual processes \n\n\n
3) Enable a ‘culture of data’ and transparency by leveraging data, digital tools and dashboards to drive progress of regional initiatives
\n\nCollaborate with Global, RO, Country stakeholders to set-up efficient Ops-Ex, Ops-Dev reporting & review process, while linking existing data across platforms to improve accuracy /minimizing manual work\nTrack, monitor, report internal team data across all disciplines using simple templates, data visualizations / dashboards, etc. to support monthly OMSFC & Ops-Ex reviews with Countries & SMTs\nDrive accuracy and completeness of internal data, follow-up with country teams and support them with data accuracy and conducting data sanity checks to minimize errors (SmartReM, OMSFC & CI data)\nCollect and visualize monthly internal data and collaborate with the extended team to develop and manage new visualizations for Ops-Ex as needed\nIdentify and implement any improvement opportunities to reduce manual work to align with regionwide needs and global requirements\n\n\n
4) Engage regional OMSFC Community and Ops stakeholders by leveraging internal communications & other engagement tools to strengthen best practices standardization build ownership/pride and improvement culture
\n\nBuild, maintain and support OMSFC & Ops-Ex community engagement (with specific focus on OMSFC & Ops-Dev) and ensure active stakeholder involvement via regular collaterals\nDeliver community engagement activities and develop relevant materials \nOperationalize & coordinate regional recognition programs to motivate and generate buy-in amongst Business/Operations and country Ops-Ex teams\nSupport preparation, communications, & coordinate release of Ops-Ex & OMSFC plan with OMSFC stakeholders & Operations stakeholders\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Operations\nUnderstanding of operational excellence role & responsibilities and operating model\nMore than 5 years of experience working in the supply chain and logistics industry\nExperience and understanding of Operations Excellence topics\nExperience in training & facilitating in multi-cultural, operational and virtual environments\nSolid knowledge of key subjects (esp. Standardization, Continuous Improvement, etc.)\nExperience in detailing with APAC regional cultures & business norms\nAbility to communicate and drive engagement in both physical and virtual environment\n
