Regional Operations Analyst Manager

Overview As a Regional Operations Analyst Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth and efficient operations across multiple branch offices in your assigned region and segment. You’ll work closely with Branch Managers, Segment Leaders, Finance teams, and Executives, collaborating to drive operational success and support strong client relationships. This role is all about bringing your analytical skills to the table—whether it's managing budgets, forecasting, or identifying areas for process improvements. You’ll also help connect teams across the business, acting as a key liaison and supporting communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your insights will play a crucial role in making sure things run smoothly and that we stay aligned with business goals. Ultimately, you’ll be helping shape the day-to-day operations that contribute to the success of the company and its clients, all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. How you'll make an impact Manage budgets, forecasts, and broker intelligence to ensure data accuracy and credibility. Analyze client and prospect pipelines, implementing process improvements and training. Develop reports and metrics for broker performance evaluations. Lead and participate in segment and branch meetings. Communicate segment-specific content, products, and marketing materials. Coordinate legal document requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Liaise between Broker Teams and Client Services during placement processes. Analyze associate requests for in-house platform access and business needs. Represent branch offices in management and operations discussions. Travel to branch meetings and segment conferences as needed. About You Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI and OneStream experience preferred. Strong data analysis, communication, and time-management skills. Finance and compliance knowledge are assets.
