Overview The Regional Operations Analyst collaborates with Branch Managers, Segment Leaders, the Finance department, and Executives to provide operational oversight, analysis, and support to managers and associates in branch offices within an assigned region and segment. How you'll make an impact Populate budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and credibility by gathering broker intelligence. Research and analyze prospect and client opportunities (pipeline) to assess strengths and weaknesses. Develop reports and reporting metrics to assist Segment Leaders, Branch Managers, and Managers with broker accountability assessments. Participate in segment and branch meetings. Communicate segment-specific content, products, and marketing materials. Promote the local adoption of agreed Gallagher Re “best practices” and contribute to the development of these practices as needed. Serve as the gatekeeper for various in-house technical platforms; review and analyze business needs related to associate requests. Represent branch offices and advocate on their behalf as a member of various management and operational groups. Travel to branch offices as needed to participate in meetings and attend annual segment conferences. Act as the point of contact for information flow between local offices and Central Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, IT, and Gallagher Group functions. About You Required: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS). Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment. Capable of analyzing and presenting data effectively. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience with Power BI. Background in finance. Familiarity with OpenTwins and/or OneStream.
