As a Regional Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Manager you will provide leadership to project management teams and drive optimal project outcomes. You will be responsible for leading initiatives, including audits, health checks and investigations, to enhance simplification and standardisation of business processes, improve quality standards, and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.
There is a key focus on driving continuous improvement within the organisation to optimise efficiency, reduce leakage, and increase customer satisfaction as well as actively support standardisation efforts and sharing of best practice, functionally coordinated by Operational Excellence.
With a focus on Continuous improvement, you will work with the business to identify, evaluate, and implement sustainable improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff at all levels to identify improvement opportunities.
Data analytics and performance management objectives, collecting and analyse data related to quality events, investigations, and performance to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Support the delivery of agreed OE OKR’s specifically related to e.g. investigations, EBIT variance analysis etc.
Ensure investigations and reporting is complaint and that root causes and findings are actionable and implementable.
Who we’re looking for:
You will hold a bachelor's degree in quality management, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. As well as be experienced in Quality Management / Investigations / Project Management / Business Improvement / Root Cause Analysis.
You can take a leading role in coaching and supporting the business/project teams - as a role model in continuous improvement. Support team members by providing support, training, and coaching to ensure effective investigation and adopt improvement practices.
Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication
