**Overview** **How You’ll Make an Impact** As the Managing Director, Epsilon LATAM, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, growth, and success of Epsilon’s business across Latin America. You will lead commercial teams while overseeing the broader regional operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Beyond commercial growth, you will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, driving innovation, and positioning Epsilon as a key player in the region. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, ad tech, and data-driven solutions, as well as a deep understanding of the LATAM market. You will engage with senior decision-makers, develop high-impact partnerships, and drive revenue growth by expanding Epsilon’s presence in key industries and emerging markets. **What You’ll Achieve** + Lead and drive business growth across Latin America by developing and executing commercial strategies focused on both revenue and long-term market positioning. + Oversee regional operations, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and alignment with Epsilon’s global standards. + Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and industry leaders across brands, agencies, and technology partners. + Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Epsilon’s footprint in the LATAM market, leveraging both direct client engagements and strategic partnerships. + Lead high-performing sales and account teams, providing mentorship, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving accountability to achieve commercial success. + Identify market opportunities and emerging trends, ensuring Epsilon remains ahead of industry shifts in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and data-driven solutions. + Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technology, and global leadership, to align LATAM strategies with broader company goals while advocating for regional needs. + Ensure financial and operational efficiency, managing P&L for the region, optimizing resource allocation, and driving sustainable profitability. + Represent Epsilon at industry events, strengthening brand presence, enhancing thought leadership, and driving engagement with key stakeholders. + This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape Epsilon’s future in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions in the world. If you are a strategic, results-oriented leader with a passion for digital marketing and technology, we’d love to hear from you. **Who You Are** + **What you’ll bring with you:** + 20+ years of experience in business leadership, sales, and commercial strategy within digital marketing, ad tech, or related fields. + Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L in a regional leadership role. + Deep understanding of the LATAM market, including key players, trends, and challenges in digital marketing and advertising. + Experience working with global organizations, balancing regional autonomy with global alignment. + Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. + Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives. + Data-driven mindset, with expertise in leveraging analytics and insights to drive business decisions. + Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
