The Regional Manager of Operations Resorts acts as a property performance liaison and provides direct and timely analysis and feedback to GMs to assist with the success of their operations. Through the use of various financial, labor management and procurement platforms, review financial performance and parity with proforma expectations, tracks forecast, monitors expense management, and manages internal communication with properties. This position guides service execution, sparks innovation, lives and breathes our core values, and creates value and efficiencies as observed.

Qualifications 5-7 years of in a hotel operations leadership role for a similar hotel/resort settingBachelor’s degree in Hotel/Resort Management or Business is preferred, not requiredComputer literacy and financial management requiredTrack record of excellent performance with quantifiable, measured resultsProven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's core valuesProgressive experience in hospitality that includes rooms and F&B operationsBusiness communication skills.Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountabilityProven ability to resolve guest, supervisor and associate conflicts with ease and efficiencyKnowledge and experience with Opera a plusRead, write, and speak English fluently.Present confidence and a professional appearance.Willing to travel extensively and embed in properties to analyze performanceMulti property oversight preferred Benefits
