As a Regional HR Partner for a leading global financial services company, you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated HR support across an assigned region. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing the unique needs of the regional workforce. Collaborating closely with regional HR teams and leadership, you will provide guidance on HR best practices, assist with performance management, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Role Responsibilities
Partner with local directors and managers to provide workforce support, including accommodations, warnings, and performance improvement plans (PIPs). Serve as a coach to managers and leaders, providing guidance on employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics. Oversee workforce actions, including reorganizations, terminations, and strategic hiring initiatives. Provide support for Centers of Excellence (CoE) projects and initiatives. Serve as a key liaison for union and works council interactions, ensuring compliance with local agreements. Collaborate with CoE teams, Tier 2 and global Tier 1 team to deliver seamless HR services and address escalated issues effectively. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, and policies within the region.Role Requirements
Significant experience or around 6+ years in HR business partnering or a similar role. Deep understanding of workforce management, labor relations, and compliance requirements. Proven track record in coaching, advising, and influencing leaders. Comfortable working in a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity. Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings, workshops, and trainings. Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive process improvements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Strong ability to become a change-agent who influences strategic actions and mindset towards evolution of Human Resources Operational processes. The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural HR challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
