As a regional HR Business Partner, you will support Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure a collaborative working relationship with Trade Union representatives, and cultivate an atmosphere that is grounded in respect, ensuring GBT can move forward with its plans whilst respecting local legislationMaintain good employee relations, by providing advice, support, and guidance on broad-ranging employee matters, and guidance around administration and interpretation of policies and employment issuesSupport & advise leaders, colleagues, and the extended HR team in matters of labor, social and works constitution law, proving to be proactive and solution-orientedSupport and advise leaders and HR colleagues on the implementation of organizational changesSupport the implementation of global policies & procedures and monitor their execution in the region, together with appropriate change management and communicationParticipate in organization-wide HR projects and the optimization, standardization and digitalization of human resources processes & tools, and act as a change ambassadorActively support and coach leaders on topics related to performance management, compensation planning, talent managementActively contribute towards shaping and developing the engagement and performance culture across the organization; promote the organisational culture/behaviours/values and translate them into practice; provide support for action plans resulting from employee engagement surveysWhat we need from you:
Completed business or legal studies, preferably with a focus on human resources/labor law, or several years of experience as an HR generalistAt least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a global matrix organization (preferably in the services industry)Very good (practical) knowledge of Polish labor and social security lawExperience in working with Trade Unions in PolandA proven track record in project management in HR Change management competencies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, negotiating and consulting skills (written & verbal)Excellent customer orientation and collaboration skillsExperience in using MS Office and remote work toolsVery good written and spoken Polish and English; additional languages (e.g. German) an advantage
