What does the role involve? Strategic Workforce Planning : Partnering with regional leaders to align their regional people strategies with the goals of those business areas, through strategic workforce planning Providing expert counsel on organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning Working collaboratively with HR Hub Leads and country HR Directors to deliver effective people strategies to your areas of responsibility Talent Strategy Execution : Leveraging the Hilti People Review and strategic succession planning to support talent management within your areas of responsibility Ensure Diversity, Equity, Inclusion is embedded within your areas of responsibility Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure we hire top talent for your areas of responsibility Employee Engagement & Support : Delivering tangible impact to your areas of responsibility: retention, engagement and performance Continually developing and overseeing performance management to support a high-performance culture Managing complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution Providing tailored coaching to help upskill our leaders and key talents, in a meaningful way Data-Driven Planning :
Work closely with your client groups on engagement data, supporting positive advancement and wider company initiatives Utilise data analytics and HR metrics to identify trends to inform strategic decisions Ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is embedded within your client groups

Experience in a HR Business Partner role with a broad depth of experience across the employee life cycle Degree level education or equivalent through relevant training and experience MCIPD qualified and evidence of continuous professional development Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals Proven experience in a global HR environment with a deep understanding of international HR practices Understanding and experience of working in a sales orientated organisation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience leading people and projects Ability to influence internal and external business partners and establish a mutual sense of trust and cooperation to build and nurture relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Results driven and able to work effectively to deadlines and under pressure in a dynamic, ever-changing environment Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed organisation
