Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a 3rd party Logistics & Distribution firm. The company is a leading specialist in full-service logistics across the Automotive & Industrial sectors
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Effectively lead, manage and organise the sales team of 40 FTE’SBuild and develop relationships with potential and existing clientsUsing data, analyse customer needs in order to create new sales channelsContract negotiations with clients from enquiries to quotationsHaving a complete understanding of the FTL & Groupage productBe a key collaborator in marketing, project development and executionTo be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
Industry experience in FTL & Groupage transport8+ years sales leadership experienceExperience leading technical sales projects, particularly growing and developing sales teamsBusiness fluent in English & GermanMarket contacts and insight across Austria & Eastern EuropeBachelor’s degree requiredDue to the high number of applications, if you have not heard back within 14 days, please assume you have been unsuccessful.
