About the Role
We are looking for a (Junior) Regional Fleet Coordinator to join our Procurement Business Operations Team. This role plays a key part in supporting our company vehicle drivers (EMEA region) and helping us transition to a more sustainable future by electrifying our fleet.
📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)
Your Impact
As a (Junior) Regional Fleet Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our fleet electrification journey. You’ll work closely with our team in Poland and the UK to ensure a smooth transition to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles (PHEVs) across 24 countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Supporting employees with vehicle-related inquiries (data changes, terminations, fuel/charge cards, maintenance, etc.).
✅ Ensuring compliance with local fleet regulations.
✅ Providing vehicle information to HR for payroll and benefits processing.
✅ Managing vendor and service provider relationships.
✅ Monitoring fleet data and identifying areas for improvement.
✅ Helping streamline fuel and electric charging processes.
✅ Ensuring smooth operational standards and best practices.

🔹 Education & Experience: University degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience (Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics). Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply!
🔹 Language Skills: Strong English skills (B2 or higher). French language skills are a plus but not required.
🔹 Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and handling data entry.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Ability to manage complexity, solve challenges, and meet deadlines.
🔹 Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues across different locations.
🔹 Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a customer-focused and process-oriented approach.
