Regional Finance Coordinator

A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What We’re Looking For

Hogarth Argentina is expanding our Finance team here in Buenos Aires. We are adding a Regional Coordinator who will support the region across Sox Compliance, internal audits, and other financial processes. Reporting into our Global Financial Controller, this role will have the opportunity to work with Global and Regional leadership and grow their understanding of commercial finance practices. The successful candidate will be very detail oriented, deadline driven and have the personality to influence and drive compliance within the Americas teams. 

 

Key responsibilities:

Support the end to end Sox internal audit and control procedures Be the key point of contact for Americas for SOX compliance Improve the design of internal controls, identifying opportunities for improvement in assigned processes Perform pre audit testing to ensure all controls are being performed and documented in accordance with required procedures Ensure deficiencies are tracked and improved in a timely manner Prepare and maintain supporting documentation on SOX controls Participate in projects, ensuring that they have SOX Compliance definitions Optimize existing controls Support other finance projects for revenue, billing, credit control, accounting and payables

 

Requirements:

Professional in Economic Sciences (Accountant, Bachelor in Administration or Information Systems) or other related degree Possess excellent analytical skills, autonomy, commitment and orientation to results and efficiency 5 years of experience  Audit experience  Strong transactional accounting skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills in English Prior understanding and knowledge of SOX compliance practices
