Overview Gallagher Benefits Services, a division of Gallagher (GBS) designs, implements and manages programs to help employers attract, retain and develop their employees. As part of GBS, we support a National PEO client that provides comprehensive outsourced HR solutions. This is a work-from-home role (must live in greater San Franscisco area) with local market travel (occasional overnight). This is about leveraging all your benefits experience as an internal consultant. There is not a traditional A.E. role (little-to-no employee level interaction or claims assistance, no rfps to complete, no ben admin system to manage or open enrollment paper work/data entry). How you'll make an impact Serve as an active consultant and healthcare subject matter expert (medical, dental, vision and ancillary products) to our PEO client throughout the client lifecycle Support a sales team to win new clients and support an Hr/Service team to retain clients Manage an assigned territory with focus on client satisfaction Strive for the highest levels of service when communicating with our PEO client and to their prospective and existing worksite employers Research and analyze data contributing to the development and enhancement of a prospect or client’s insurance healthcare offering and recommend strategies on coverage offerings options with the PEO Health and Welfare Plan based upon the client’s business goals Manage the designated block of business in assigned territory Train and develop new PEO client staff Assess and clearly communicate market position, needs and strategic direction Work independently to accomplish territory, company and client goals Work on individual or corporate projects assigned by the management team Extensive experience in group healthcare sales and/or account management, having background with group healthcare carriers and/or brokerage house Experience working with a variety of benefit administrators, experience with PEO industry a plus Experience with a variety of market segments and funding types a plus Actively demonstrate patience, resiliency and persistency in the midst of problem solving Employ a collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.
