Regional Rehabilitation Director - Citrus Region
The Regional Director has oversight of our in-house therapy programs for 10 facilities with locations throughout Florida. Registered therapist (PT, OT or SLP) required. Multi Site management experience preferred.

Position Summary
The Regional Rehab Director (RRD) leads rehab efforts of all facilities in the region in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Accountability focused on development and fiscal integrity of rehabilitation services through sound management of human resources and ensuring quality of clinical programming to accomplish optimal patient outcomes in order to meet or exceed the organizational goals. Reports to the Senior VP of Rehab Services.

Current ASHA certification if speech therapist. Current NBCOT certification if occupational therapist. Currently registered/licensed with applicable state. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. Two years' supervisory experience in long-term care or related setting. CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
