efficiencies through central tendering activities whilst ensuring highest standard delivery from centrally contracted vendors\. **CAPEX Project Management, Openings, Conversions:** • Ensure the development of hotel five\-year capital plans and manage scopes of work for maintenance and capital projects\. • Lead significant CAPEX projects across the region, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and strategic goals\. • Attend regular meetings with VP Ops to advise on capex expenditure submissions\. • Review projects and ensure operational involvement during pre\-opening stages in coordination with Architecture, Design and Construction \(AD&C\) team\. • Collaborate with AD&C Project Managers on relevant projects, including follow\-ups on snagging and defect recording following the engineering operations Pre\-Opening journey and processes\. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, proper maintenance schedules, and defect resolution processes\. • Oversee documentation and handover processes for new openings and conversions\. • Attend site and construction meetings as per needs to support smooth transitions\. **Owner and Stakeholder Relations:** • Act as the primary point of contact for property owners regarding engineering and asset management matters\. • Address high\-level technical queries and ensure alignment with owner expectations and corporate experience leading large teams\. • Extensive experience in capital planning, project management, and owner relations\. • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential\. • Availability to travel
