Regional Director, Travel Partners - Asia Pacific

As a key member of the Global Travel Partnerships (GTP) team, the Regional Director, Travel Partners - Asia Pacific (APAC) will represent Hilton’s Travel Partners (TMC and Consortia) initiatives in the APAC region. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of Travel Management Company (TMC and Consortia) accounts, driving revenue growth, and executing Hilton’s global travel partner strategy in the region.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
 
Strategic Leadership

\n\nRepresent Travel Partners in-region and provide education and support on agency distribution related topics.\nLead negotiations and establish new commercial agreements with APAC-based TMCs and Consortia.\nImplement Hilton’s global travel partner strategy within the region by collaborating with other Directors and stakeholders.\nDevelop and execute business plans to optimize global agreements, driving incremental revenue and market share.\nAct as the key liaison for TMCs, ensuring alignment with Hilton's broader commercial objectives.\n\n

Collaboration and Communication

\n\nPartner with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Hilton Field Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, B2B Honors, and other commercial teams to deliver a cohesive and consistent strategy.\nEstablish clear communication within commercial leadership to monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).\nAlign with APAC leadership team to understand, align, and support regional goals.\nBeing an active contributor to the TA partners global goals and active participant on weekly team calls.\n\n

Account Management

\n\nLead all commercial activities for assigned TMC and Consortia accounts, setting and achieving revenue targets.\nUtilize marketing funds strategically to maximize return on investment and drive incremental value.\nIdentify and implement additional services to support hotels and brands, ensuring competitive performance.\n\n

Data-Driven Decision-Making

\n\nLeverage analytics to prioritize opportunities and challenges, deploying tactics to capture market share and revenue growth.\nProvide insights and recommendations to enhance strategic alignment and to optimize results.\n

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT 
You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nHigh school diploma, bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality desired\n10+ years of overall experience\n8+ years of hospitality experience in the travel industry / corporate hotel sales\nStrong in account and customer management\nTravel up to 40%, including international destinations, depending on business needs\nSecond language is a plus\n\n
