What The Job Is All About:
The Regional Director, People & Culture Partner, is a key strategic partner to mid-level managers and team members within the operations, revenue, and shared services divisions across a large and complex state. This role oversees all People & Culture functions and team members within the state, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values. The position plays a critical role in shaping workplace culture, fostering employee engagement, resolving complex employee relations issues, and implementing HR policies and procedures effectively.
What You’ll Do:
You will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive HRBP experience in a large, complex environment. Act as the primary P&C leader for the state, building strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders. Align HR strategies with business goals and KPIs, collaborating closely with operations and revenue leaders. Drive change initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business needs during growth or restructuring. Lead the creation and communication of HR policies tailored to the cannabis industry. Ensure compliance with state and local laws, overseeing badging compliance within the state. Stay current on legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions.

3+ years of union experience, including handling bargaining, grievances, and contract negotiations. Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate across diverse teams. Open to traveling up to 70% - 80%
