Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic Regional Digital Marketing & Content Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital presence, building and executing marketing and communication initiatives that capture interest, nurture engagement, and drive demand generation. This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution to deliver impactful campaigns and content that resonate with target audience at every stage.You will work with diverse and multilingual countries, with cross business teams and cross global marketing and communication functions. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Business in Asia. The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCollaborate with global marketing teams to deliver coordinated omni-channel campaigns that drive engagement and support business growth objectives for the division.•\tDevelop and deliver compelling content tailored to different audience touchpoints, including but not limited to whitepapers, case studies, bylines and video assets.•\tOptimize content to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead progression through organic and paid channels.•\tPlan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that generate awareness, build credibility, and enable informed decision-making by target audience through valuable insights and resources.•\tLeverage email marketing, digital ads, account-based marketing and retargeting to ensure consistent engagement and alignment with business objectives.•\tTrack and analyze digital marketing campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize outcomes.•\tCollaborate with business and global marketing and communications teams to design and optimize nurture programs that convert interest into actionable opportunities.•\tSupport the creation of tailored materials for events, webinars, and presentations to address target audience needs.•\tStay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging digital tools to continuously elevate marketing efforts.•\tIdentify opportunities to enhance audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications for the roleMinimum 8 years of solid track record in B2B digital marketing roles.Knowledge of content management systems & website analytics tools (e.g., Sitefinity, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and experience with account-based marketing and predictive analytics tools (e.g., 6sense) are required.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns, optimizing landing pages and user funnels with A/B and multivariate experiments.Knowledgeable and experience in CRM (SFDC) automated lead generation platforms (Pardot or equivalent), and experience with designing end to end journeys to nurture leads continuously.Experienced in understanding and managing sales cycles, and well versed with dashboarding and reporting performance of campaigns with emphasis on ROI and achievement of KPIs.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking & highly organized and detail oriented.Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, is essential.
