Job Description

Job Summary:

As a BU eDealer Touchpoint Manager for Bosch Power Tools in region AA, you will be responsible for developing content to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for online marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop eCommerce content and support Sales & Marketing activities with a focus on China, based on the global BU strategy and aligned with the AA regional go-to-market strategy.Prioritize content creation and adaptation.Create and optimize content for new products & campaigns, including listing product page, product specs, selling points, visuals, short videos, and translations,Maintain and update existing listings, including product information, new/corrected content, variants, bundle listings, and data cleanup, and timely update to relevant stakeholders and team.Create premium and local content as per Company’s branding guidelines.Track sales and traffic, summarize insights and learnings, and support data-driven decisions for online activities.Monitor KPIs regarding content and campaign performance and provide regular reports to the leadership team on ROI of implemented content.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in content marketing, e-commerce marketing, or a related field.Above 3 yrs experience in online marketing focused on working with e-com partners/platforms.Strong content excellence, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, globally and locally.Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, product listing optimization, conversion rate optimization, social media landscape in AA, and livestreaming channels.Eager to learn about products and take ownership.Familiarity with the consumer goods industry is a must, and experience in the online retail landscape for key marketplaces in AA is a plus.Knowledge and experience with the power tools industry and Amazon business is a plus.
