This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance through a strategic blend of vision, design, and tactical delivery. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure that training solutions are tailored to meet regional demands. Responsibilities : + Design and develop engaging training materials and curriculum tailored to various learning styles. + Conduct training sessions in both classroom settings and virtual environments, ensuring effective delivery of content. + Collaborate with HR sourcing and recruiting teams to identify training needs based on employee performance and feedback. + Utilize SharePoint/Internal Company Software for organizing training resources and tracking participant progress. + Employ technical writing skills to create clear instructional guides and documentation. + Manage conflict resolution during training sessions, fostering a positive learning environment. + Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for improvement. + Educate employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance productivity. + Collaborate, align with global learning and development team, to ensure regional alignment. + Design local training curriculum for technical and soft skill development that meets business needs + Engage with multi-functions to capture all training activities, needs and future requirements + Collaborate across different business entities to drive consistency and standardization + Accountable for tracking and reporting training hours Skills : + Proficient in HR sourcing techniques and recruiting processes to align training with organizational goals. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear instruction and interaction with participants. + Experience in curriculum development that meets the needs of diverse audiences. + Familiarity with Microsoft Products including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint for resource management and participant tracking. + Competency in technical writing for creating comprehensive training materials. + Ability to manage conflicts constructively, promoting a supportive learning atmosphere.
