Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking aMaintenance Systems Project Manager to join our team located in Houston, TX

The LGE Maintenance Systems Project Manager will execute highly technical projects and be responsible for providing consultative advice within the LGE South Region with a focus on safe, timely delivery of the defined scope that will ultimately lead to significant cost savings productivity improvements. The Maintenance Systems Project Manager will report to the South Region Area Operations Manager. The Maintenance Systems Project Manager role will require extensive travel throughout the South Region and active participation in project builds including but not limited to fabrication of various gas panels and process piping installations.

Region Project Productivity Manager

Leads complex capital projects through all phases of execution including work in the field Collaborate and work with Linde operations, third-party engineering, equipment suppliers and onsite contractors through all phases of project execution for growth, expansion and improvement capital and maintenance projects, feasibility and definitive development, project execution and commissioning and turnover.Partners with Senior Management team Project Team to ensure Region meets/exceeds its project timeline and budgetary goalsAct as technical resource to develop problem solutions or needed improvementsApply Lean and/or Six Sigma tools which result in significant productivity improvementsVisits Plants Branches to uncover equipment upgrade potentialMonitors external/ internal trends and makes recommendations to improve productivity procedures, methods and tools through equipment or technology design and implementationCoordinate with all stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope and timeline.Annual maintenance budget planningProcess planning and execution for maintenance preventative and corrective eventsOperations maintenance projects related to system outage and process recoveryManages projects executes purchasing and tracks project related expenditure for multiple projects.Develops baseline schedules and maintains through project execution.Participate in writing SSOPs, system startup, and commissioning.Accountable for business productivity targets related to project listOther duties as assigned
