主要职责
Leading Production team to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, 5S all in good status in daily production.
带领生产团队，确保日常生产中的安全，质量，交期，成本，5S均处于正常状态。
• Take care of employee such as health, work overtime and fluctuation and ensure all in good status .
关心员工，如员工的健康，加班的波动，确保一切正常。
• Provide training to new operators as annual training plan.
按照年度培训计划培训新员工.
• Arrange daily production plan, and the review of daily production records( such as production order, pre-burning checklist, production records, shift handover record…)
安排日常生产计划，生产报表的日常审核（如生产指令，开机前检查，生产记录，交接班记录）
• When in process, any abnormal circumstances happened, report to production manager in time.
在生产过程中，如果有异常情况，及时报告生产经理.
• Count maintenance word orders, coordinate the timely completion of maintenance, and ensure that equipment OEE meets KPI.
统计维修工单，协调维修部门及时完成设备维修，OEE 符合设定KPI要求。
• Communicate with other department (QC, MC, MT,…) ,ensure smooth completion of production orders.
跨部门的沟通协调(实验室，仓库，维修),确保生产订单顺利完成。
• Take the training on urgent action, when accident happened, keep self & property safety.
接受应急计划培训，当紧急事故发生时，保护自身安全和公司财产安全.
• When in process, following operating procedures and any abnormal circumstances happened including the event could lead to process safety incidents, report to production manager in time.
在生产过程中，遵守操作程序，如果有异常情况包括能够引发工艺安全事件，及时报告生产经理.
• Finished various work which assigned by production manager.
完成生产经理所布置的其它各项工作.
Qualifications任职要求：
1.Forklift driving license; boiler certificate; Boiler water treatment certificate.
持有叉车证、锅炉证
2.College degree or above, majoring chemistry or engineering preferred
大专及以上学历，化工、精细化工、化学工程与工艺等化工类专业。
3.More than 5 years background in Chemical field.
5年以上化工行业经验
4.More than 1 year experience in PGMs refining.
1年以上贵金属精炼经验。
