Description:

The Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team is looking to hire a Reference Data Analyst.  This role will involve collaborating with various teams within the organization to gather relevant information to analyze, rationalize and summarize valid Reference Data values, and to identify the sources of truth.

Expectations:

Responsible for managing, analyzing and maintaining high quality Enterprise Reference Data. Specifically,

Determine if a code set is an Enterprise Reference Data based on the relevant Standard and usageProfile and analyze raw data to identify, interpret and summarize patterns, outliers and data quality issuesConduct meetings with Data Owners, Data Stewards and Data Domain Leads to harmonize the code values and ensure completenessIdentify the Data Owners, Data Custodians and Data Stewards for code setsIdentify the Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) for code setsUtilize Collibra workflows to create code sets and to maintain data in the code setsIdentify improvements to collibra workflows, translate them to requirements and partner with technology team to implement and validate the changesDefine Business Terms as needed and ensure the Business Terms are added and approved in CollibraCatalog the code sets in Collibra and work with Data Custodian to ensure they are published to Data MeshValidate Enterprise Code Set information is accurate in both the ADS and Data Mesh.Document the maintenance procedures for the Reference data.Keep the Reference Data up-to-date by following the maintenance procedures.

Skills/Experience

At least 3 years in data analysisA College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office and SQLAbility to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate discussionsExperience working in a fast-paced growth organization in a Global Delivery ModelStrong communication and collaboration skillsFinancial Services domain knowledge will be a plusExperience with Agile application deliveryExperience with Collibra is a plus
