About the Role
 

As a Customer Service Representative, provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries promptly. Proactively reach out to customers and manage their expectations. Stay updated with technical knowledge to better assist clients.
 

Responsibilities
Service Delivery

First call resolution – to effectively resolve customer enquiries on first contact.Assistance and facilitation with other elements / areas during periods of overflow as requested by supervisorProactively contact customers to ensure the enquiry has completely fulfilled their needsTo provide technical support to our subscribers.Managing client’s expectations and communication of special requests. Escalation of unresolved verifications issues to supervisorFeedback to sales reps of related issues/delaysStay up to date with Risk Managements relevant product and technical knowledgeTo trouble shoot technical errors and escalate to IT support for further investigation should the need ariseTo identify and suggest improvements to new and existing procedures

SLA Deliverables

Ensure majority of calls are answered within 20 seconds of entering the queueEnsure emailed queries are responded to within prescribed SLA.Adhere to scheduled times to maximize availability to the call centre.

Reporting and Administration

Communicate changes in supplier procedures to line managerIdentify and feedback to Supervisor on common clients queries and proposed solution.Collaboration with colleagues to establish teamwork and to share knowledge.To continuously encourage feedback from customers regarding Refcheck products and services so as to identify opportunities for growth in revenue

Requirements
 

MatricIn possession of a technical qualificationComputer literacy in MS Office.Minimum of 12 months experience in Data capture.Knowledge in Excel and outlook (advanced – preferably 12 months working experience)Advanced web browser knowledge (Windows Explorer, Chrome, Firefox –  preferably 12 months working experience)Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer facing environment (outbound call centre)High level of accuracyHigh level of professionalismExcellent communication skills (verbal/written/listening)
