Job Description• Daily job involves Handling SLM tickets, Emails, Calls, troubleshoot with user, Reporting, Keeping track of different type of licenses allocation.
• Good communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Actively work with Global team mates for license requests and queries.
• responsible of Installation Support, Management of Named User License Portals and Keys, Documentation and Knowledge Base
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
