HR Administration Evaluation Parameters - For AssociateTotal Work Experience (in years) - 0-2 YrsEducational + Professional Qualifications - Bachelor Degree with HR Knowledge/ PGDM/ MBADomain Knowledge and Experience ;- HR Administration Roles and Responsibilities :-• Subject matter expert with the ability to apply knowledge of the business to solve HR issues. • Review/Update Employee Data Management (Personal/Job/Salary/Retro changes/I-9)• Pre-payroll administration (e.g., Time sheet Mgt. Payroll data changes etc.) • Administration Compensation tasks (e.g., Tracking referral bonuses, Process spot bonuses/commissions, Tuition reimbursement, Medicare forms etc.)• Leave of Absence Tracking, Administer Unemployment Forms /Questionnaire• Maintain communications with clients, employees, and vendors in an efficient and timely manner.• Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures & client requirements.• Ability to produce required HR reports/dashboard, utilizing the HRIS.• Act as a client focal point and maintain regular client/internal communication.• Ensure process documentation and SOPs are developed and kept current.Domain Knowledge and Experience ;- • Overall Experience Required: 2-4 years.• 1-2 Years of Prior Experience in HR Administration Processes for US• Experience in working any HCM.• Strong communication skills • Should have good, MS Office, Presentation and Reporting skills.• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills• Graduate (Any Stream)Language Capability :- English Domestic & InternationalSpoken Proficiency Required:- Good communication skillsWritten Proficiency Required:- Good communication skills
