They are looking to grow and leverage their excellent brand, quality and competitive pricing. This role can be a Senior Sales person with interest in moving into Sales Leadership, or a Sales Leader that is interested in becoming the GM/leader for company in the US (oversight of US business operations, sales, warehouse, etc). They will be initially leading a team of 7 in the US. The ideal candidate should have ~ 10 years experience. This is a Leadership role. Must Have: - Ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the 'red metals' business, bronze, brass, copper etc. They may be open to someone with Stainless Steel industry experience. - Must have experience working for a competitor; Distribution, Services or Producer. - Ideally will understand this industry from the perspective of distribution, production and services - Will be able to help expand current offerings; buybacks, buying/selling of products outside of those produced in Israel (EX. Hexagon vs squares?) - Must have excellent understanding of math and pricing for raw materials (daily price changes) - Must be creative in their market approach, find new sales channels, products and opportunities. - Grow sales from 50/50 Distribution/Machining to 80% machining. - Must have good tenure, no job hoppers.
