Job Description

At Red Barn, we build bikes that inspire adventure, freedom, and the sheer joy of the ride. As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring every bike meets our high standards for speed and quality. We’re all about precision – you’ll be responsible for assembling, tuning, and adjusting bikes with flawless accuracy. From entry-level cruisers to high-end Speed Concepts, we’re looking for someone with advanced technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a can-do attitude to match.

What you’ll bring to the team:

4+ years of hands-on experience assembling a wide range of bikes—from kids' bikes to top-of-the-line mountain, road, and e-bikes.A self-starter mentality with a passion for teamwork and a positive attitude that lifts up those around you.A dedication to delivering awesome hospitality—listening, caring, and always being ready to help, no matter how busy the day gets.An eye for detail and a love for finding solutions—whether it’s troubleshooting or fine-tuning a bike until it's perfect.A hunger to keep learning, growing your skills, and staying up to date on the latest technologies and service techniques.

Areas you'll own:

Completing the final assembly, tuning, and adjustment of a full spectrum of bikes.Troubleshooting and updating e-bike systems and software.Stepping in wherever needed to help us meet our goals and deliver outstanding service.

Your schedule:

Monday to Friday, with some weekend work based on business needs.
