Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for recruitment staff.
Facilitation: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve recruitment techniques and knowledge.
Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to recruitment team members.
Performance Improvement: Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address them.

Qualifications:
Relevant Qualification
Proven experience in recruitment and training, with at least 3 years in a training role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.
