Responsibilities: + Identify and cultivate leads to secure exceptional talent. + Enhance and expand the talent database. + Develop job descriptions and facilitate the posting of positions both internally and externally. + Perform the evaluation of resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. + Facilitating interview coordination. + Actively initiate contact with candidates through direct outreach and pursue candidate referrals. + Engage in Recruitment Events. Must Haves: + We're looking for someone with some experience in recruiting. + Skilled in Microsoft Office and possessing comprehensive computer knowledge. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient in functioning effectively within a collaborative and dynamic work environment. + Exceptional attention to detail, strong self-motivation, and effective time management skills. + Professional appearance. + Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities. Nice to haves: + Experience in sales and business development. + Bilingual: English and Spanish + Understanding of market and recruiting trends. + 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
