Recruitment & Retention Specialist
Job Requisition: REQ3352 Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours Hiring range: $19.64- $26.27 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: + Associate feedback analysis: Gathering associate feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. + Complaint resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain satisfaction and prevent further issues. + Personalized engagement: Developing targeted communication strategies based on associate data and behavior to provide relevant offers and support. + Churn prevention initiatives: Proactively identifying churn indicators and implementing strategies to prevent associates from leaving, such as offering incentives or tailored solutions. + Data analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like associate churn rate, retention rate, and associate satisfaction to measure the effectiveness of retention strategies. + Collaboration with other teams: Working cross functionally across teams to ensure a seamless associate experience throughout the employment lifecycle. Education, Training & Experience: + Associate degree required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Healthcare, HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
