Recruitment Resourcer - Temporary Chefs

Recruitment Resourcer salary - Up to £22k
We have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment resourcer to join the busy temporary chefs team. Supplying a variety of BOH & FOH staff to London's 5 star hotels and high-end restaurants, we are looking for someone who understands this market and has a hospitality background. You will have a confident and outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with both candidates and high profile clients
As a resourcer you will have extensive training here at Renard with the prospect of be coming a recruitment consultant within 6 months, if you have a flexible and hard working attitude. We offer a 24/7 service to all our clients and as such you will be provided with a phone and be on call on alternative weekends.
Tasks and responsibilities:Resourcing suitable candidates for a variety of assignmentsUpload CVs to databaseWelcoming guests Answer telephoneAttend shifts for high profile eventsFollowing up calls from sent CVsInterview and register candidatesPlacing adverts on Renard Resources website and other job boardsHeadhunting / Name gatheringAdding bookings to the systemEnsuring database integrityAftercare of existing temps working and time sheet managementChecking in staff at clients venues to ensure standards are metHoliday cover and liaising with clientsAny other administrative duties as requiredSo if you are a current resourcer or hospitality professional looking for a change of career, then we would like to hear from you.
