We are looking for a dedicated and organised Driving Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Bristol. This role offers a salary of £26,000 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, either 07:30 to 16:30 and 08:30 to 17:30.
As a Driving Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for connecting clients with the right candidates, providing high-quality administrative support, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will build and maintain strong relationships, manage various recruitment tasks, and ensure smooth operations. Your main duties will involve recruiting staff and scheduling shifts to meet our client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Match clients with suitable candidates.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.Ensure all processes are accurate and comply with legal standards.Assist with weekly payroll, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.Meet individual and team targets by consistently delivering outstanding service.Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or sales.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage relationships and provide excellent customer service.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
