We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Manager
Principal responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional recruitment services within the bank as an SME/Individual.Coordinate with related teams and recruitment partners candidate and act as the primary contact with third party vendors, as appropriate, to ensure timely and proper facilitation of recruitment activities and onboarding of candidates.Coordinates all internal and external job postings. Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.Drive process changes and updates and manage escalations/complaints with a sense of urgency to provide effective resolution(s).Supervise and administer all aspects of TAO Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes and controls.Build knowledge and understanding of TAO operations.Support Team Manager/Global CoE lead in automation and optimization processes.Ensure that all aspects of TAO Operation processes are recorded in compliance with bank policies/processes as per regulatory requirement.Manage capacity and team performance to effectively manage demand. Define and follow clear escalation matrix and ensure the team follows the same. Conduct interval business reviews, ensuring that PLAs and SLAs are met.Work with the recruitment teams to ensure seamless Requisition Creation, Job Postings, Application screening, offer creation / extension, initiating the vetting coordinating with the vetting team, ensure employee IDs are generated while Onboarding while ensuring the set of guidelines are followed to keep the bank complaintReview of Quality Report for team (internal/external errors). Identify Process gaps and grey areas and improvise.Drive a continuous improvement and innovation mindset amongst team members to deliver on strategic objectives of TAO.Some careers have more impact than others.
