The opportunity:  Recruitment Managers specialize in growing our program by recruiting and qualifying host families, helping them to understand what the program entails and make sure they meet our program’s high standards.   As a Recruitment Manager, you will help to strategize recruitment efforts in regions of the country, collaborating with various stakeholders through the process. You’ll work closely with the matching process of international exchange students and their volunteer host families.  If you are goal-oriented, a great communicator, like to build strong relationships and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, you might be an ideal candidate for our team.  We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented candidates who are passionate about cultural exchange and are interested in starting a successful career at EF.

Tell me more:  As a Recruitment Manager, you will play an integral role in helping to build and grow local exchange communities across the country for our West region. In this phone/e-mail- based role, you will be the frontline of communication for prospective families.
