FIS is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Belgrade for a fixed-term position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global leader in financial services technology, alongside with passionate, easygoing and dedicated Recruiters. We are looking for a colleague who will help us deliver marvelous candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
What you will be doing:
Partner closely with Recruiters and Business to schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews
Provide fantastic experience for candidates throughout the interview process
Build collaborative relationships with key Business and Recruitment contacts
Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
Act as liaison between Recruiter and Background Coordinator on new hire background checks
Assist with various reports preparation
Ad hoc activities – organization of different events, Job fairs and similar
What you bring:
Over 3 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within a recruitment department.
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, social studies, or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, ensuring records are maintained accurately and promptly.
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
