What You’ll Do:

 

Own the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and placing finance professionals in top-tier companies. Grow and develop your desk – leverage Antal’s network while building new client relationships. Work in a high-volume, fast-moving market – placing candidates in newly qualified and mid-senior finance roles. Collaborate with a dynamic team – work alongside specialists in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in Accountancy & Finance or professional services). A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ambition to grow within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
