RequirementsDevelop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.Manage recruiting systems and maintain robust candidate pipelines.Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring seamless integration of new employees.Implement Job Instructional Training (JIT) programs for effective skill acquisition.Create and maintain detailed job descriptions (“Role Cards”).Design and support internal career pathing and skill development initiatives.Conduct organizational staffing analysis and workload balancing to meet business needs efficiently.Hands on Recruiting in the US and support of key hire recruiting for our global locations.Experience with Employee Evaluation Systems.
