Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required. + A computer science or information systems-related degree preferred. + Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency. + A strong desire to succeed.
