Description We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The primary function of this role will be to recruit, interview, and place professionals in the information technology industry. This role also involves providing exceptional customer service, consistent communication, and career guidance to candidates. Responsibilities: • Effectively recruit, interview, and place professionals in the information technology sector • Provide high-quality customer service to all candidates throughout the recruitment process • Communicate consistently with candidates, providing regular updates and career guidance • Attend industry trade association and networking events to enhance our presence within the local IT community • Collaborate with team members to strategize and achieve weekly business growth goals • Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, About Time, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Communication to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience. Requirements • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, About Time, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Communication • Prior experience in a similar role as a Recruiting Specialist is preferable • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively • Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate databases • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) • Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies • Excellent decision-making skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field is preferred • Strong understanding of recruitment laws and practices • High level of integrity and professionalism.
