Recruiting Marketing Strategist

The recruitment marketing strategist will lead the strategic development, creation, execution, and measurement of recruiting marketing initiatives and build our employer brand throughout the United States and beyond. Your role. 

Your work will include, but not be limited to:  

Strategizing and executing cutting-edge recruitment and employer brand strategies for campus and experienced hires. Building solid working relationships with the recruiting team to understand their goals and recommend ways to achieve them. Collaborating with our social media team to create an effective social engagement strategy.Collaborating with our paid media specialists to create and analyze/interpret paid digital media campaigns for candidate engagement and brand awareness.Overseeing recruitment vendor relationships and contract management, including recruiting and vendor analytics/recruiting scorecards.Developing external recruiting collateral to communicate with applicants, prospects, campus students, and referral sources.Responding to reviews on social media/vendor website company profiles.Planning logistics and negotiating contract(s) for campus and/or internal recruiting events.Developing themes and activities for events (logos, team building, case study/projects).

The qualifications.  

2-4 years’ experience in brand, communications, content creation, and/or event/meeting coordination. Experience in recruiting marketing is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related business field required. Good working knowledge of candidate engagement programs. Strong skillset with recruiting social networking sites like Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. Experience with other channels like LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram a plus. Good working knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of and passion for recruiting and DEI initiatives is a plus. Professional services experience is a plus.This position may require some local and national travel.
