Position Title: Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Position Summary: The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. This role combines creative storytelling, digital marketing, and employer branding to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice while building a strong talent pipeline across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Branding:

· Develop and maintain a compelling employer value proposition

· Create and implement employer branding strategies aligned with corporate identity

· Showcase company culture through various media channels

· Build and maintain branded recruitment marketing campaigns

· Partner with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

Digital Presence Management:

· Manage and optimize career website content and user experience

· Ensure mobile-first approach to all digital recruiting platforms

· Track and analyze website metrics and candidate behavior

· Implement SEO best practices for maximum visibility

· Maintain applicant tracking system integration with career sites

Online Reputation Management:

· Monitor and respond to company reviews on employment platforms

· Develop strategies to improve employer ratings on review sites

· Create and maintain candidate communication templates

· Partner with PR team on external communication strategies

Social Media Management:

· Develop and execute social media strategy for talent acquisition

· Create and maintain content calendars for recruitment channels

· Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

· Engage with potential candidates through social channels

· Track social media metrics and optimize performance

Content Creation:

· Write compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing copy

· Develop employee stories and testimonials

· Create blog posts, articles, and newsletters

· Produce video content highlighting company culture and opportunities

· Develop recruitment campaign materials

Creative Design:

· Design branded recruitment marketing materials

· Create visual assets for social media and digital platforms

· Develop presentation templates and marketing collateral

· Ensure consistent brand application across all materials

· Maintain digital asset library for recruitment purposes

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding

· Proven experience with social media management and content creation

· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles

· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite)

· Experience with content management systems

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with recruitment advertising platforms

· Knowledge of HR technology and applicant tracking systems

· Video editing skills

· Experience with web analytics tools

· Understanding of SEO/SEM principles

Technical Skills:

· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

· Content Management Systems
