Job Skills / Requirements Inner Parish Security Corporation is looking to hire a full-time Recruiting Manager This job would be performed primarily in-office, The Corporate Office is located in Hammond, LA. Travel to job fairs and recruiting events may also be required. IPSC is also a Disaster Response Security Company, and travel may be required to staff posts during natural disasters. Roles and Responsibilities - Assist the Recruiting Team in the daily administration of recruiting as directed or assigned, including department scheduling, contacting candidates by phone, text and email, and scheduling interviews. The position is also responsible for interviewing, onboarding, customer service, and administration. Must be able to solve well-defined staffing problems using standard tools and your foundational understanding of staffing processes, communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs, coordinate with managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that needs are met, escalate issues to the appropriate resource and general recruiting administration responsibilities. This position will play a very active role in the Talent Acquistion of Management and Corporate positions.
