**The position** Looking for a role where you will be responsible for data management and reporting to be translated in efficient and strategic actions within recruiting team? Help us build Recruiting and become our expert in ensuring that the regional and local recruiting process are correctly embedded in projects/initiatives and deliverable of each recruiting segment! **Tasks & responsibilities** + You will work in projects within the GBS Center HR and bring practical experience and participation, in national/international and cross-border functional Recruiting projects. + You will be the local point of contact to analyze and maintain a standardized recruiting process for different countries, monitoring deviations and localizations to guarantee a balanced solution. + You will act as a Key User and point of contact for HR Recruiting system related questions (SuccessFactors Recruiting) and as a Key Contact for all team members in HR Recruiting related to complex process inquiries/requests. + You will be monitoring data input and processing step to translate team efforts in efficient presentations/dashboards. + Acting as a trainer for the HR Recruiting Team related to processes and systems to ensure the knowledge transfer in case of optimization-driven process changes. **About our future employee:** You should speak English on a C1 level and have min. 5 years of professional experience in HR or Recruiting. **Additionally, we are looking for:** + Completed higher education preferably in HR field, Business Administration or related areas + Expertise working with SuccessFactors and MS Office + High data analytics skills + Anticipate stakeholder needs, develop and discuss potential solutions and recommendations. + Previous experience with Process Analysis and Improvement highly beneficial + Familiarity with Project/Transition Management fundamentals and tools within HR + Ability to capture complex facts and processes and awareness in changing requirements + High communication skills for complex consulting and transfer activities + Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation + Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.
