Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Recruiting Support:

Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and panel interviews) across different countries and time zones. Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication with candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding Coordination:

Facilitate pre-hire processes, ensuring all new hire documentation and systems access are completed. Support Day 1 onboarding processes and maintain a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Partner with IT and hiring teams to ensure new hires are set up with tools, resources, and technology.

3. Project Management:

Manage recruitment processes using Monday.com or similar project management tools to streamline workflows. Track recruiting activity, hiring timelines, and metrics to ensure goals are met. Support ad hoc projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and data reporting for recruiting metrics.

4. Candidate Experience:

Ensure a high-touch and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Act as a point of contact for candidate questions, interview logistics, and feedback follow-ups.

5. Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline recruiting operations. Assist with special HR projects, process documentation, and tools implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support. Experience in high-volume environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., Oracle) Proficiency in Monday.com (or similar PM tools like Trello or Smartsheet). Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.

 

Salary Range: $63,300 to $74,400 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
