Recruiting Coordinator
Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Global Specialty Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process, significantly impacting the experience of senior candidates. Responsibilities + Schedule on-site interviews and coordinate with Executive Assistants supporting senior executives. + Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high-quality work, and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date. + Ensure on-site candidates have a positive interview experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly. + Enter and track candidate information in the database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information. + Manage complex calendar schedules and coordinate internal and external meetings. + Handle multiple tasks and action items, documentation follow-up, and preparation, ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables. Essential Skills + 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative, or project management experience. + Experience supporting senior management in large corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm. + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Organizational and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree preferred. + Proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex projects. + Experience working with recruiting teams. + Experience engaging and influencing senior executives. + A passion for technology. + Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment. + Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffs. Work Environment This position is fully onsite, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Overtime is possible, and there is flexibility to clock out and in as needed.
