As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you will have oversight responsibilities for the end-to-end recruiting coordination process. The RC manager will partner closely across Talent Acquisition to ensure success and progression within the hiring process. You have a passion for improvements and have project management skills and analytical capabilities with attention to details to implement changes. You will work with the analytic team to identify transformational opportunities to enhance our operational efficiencies. You are in relentless pursuit to improve productivity, actively researching innovative approaches and tools to enable effective and efficient processes. You are passionate about the candidate and hiring manager experience and can tackle ambiguity and adjust to meet demands. Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned by management. You will be reporting to the Director of TA Operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects and phases of successful operations for managing a team of Recruiting Coordinators supporting all businesses across Blue.Develop team members and ensure they are fully trained and challenged to the optimum level.Collaborate across TA to deploy standard TA processes to ensure consistent quality candidate and hiring manager experience.Partner with TA Ops to experiment with new automation tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations and candidate experience.Partner with the Analytics team to develop metrics for scheduling cycle times and candidate experience; identify improvement opportunities and implement changes as appropriateCollaborate with the analytics team to create process compliance reports and dashboard; identify opportunities for operational excellence and recommend changes for improvements.Relentless pursuit of service and operation excellence through continuous process improvements.Proficient with Excel to manage tasks and identify trends, with the ability to translate needs to requirements for advanced reporting and data visualizations.Experience in making data driven strategic recommendations.Hands-on, team-centered orientation, and a collaborative approach to deep-dive problem solving.Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience project management, process improvements and change management, preferably in HR or a business function2+ years of experience managing high-performing teamsGeneral understanding of EEOC regulationsAbility to understand business goals and recommend new approaches to facilitate continuous improvements to achieve business objectives and productivityProficient with Excel to manage tasks and identify trends, with ability to translate needs to requirements for advanced reporting and data visualizationsExcellent decision making, critical thinking skills, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build/foster strong trusting relationships, and develop solutions to achieve resultsAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. WA applicants is $124,650.00-$174,510.00Other site ranges may differ
