What You'll Do:
As a Recruiting Associate Intern at Joule, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will contribute to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. This position will run from May 27 through August 8. This position is onsite 2-3 days a week Tuesday through Thursday in Edison, NJ. Your responsibilities will include:
What's Required:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field. No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or extracurricular activities are a plus. Demonstrated interest in customer-focused or sales-related fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with social media platforms and candidate sourcing tools. Ability to use online research tools and databases. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
